Welcome to Minuteman Farm. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a Stall Reservation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Mission & Values

Minuteman Farm is dedicated to providing a premier equestrian environment in Southern Pines, NC. We value integrity, top-tier equine welfare, and a peaceful community for both horse and rider. All users and future boarders are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects these values.

2. Summer 2027 Stall Reservations

Nature of Product: You are purchasing a non-refundable deposit to reserve a boarding stall at Minuteman Farm for our projected opening in Summer 2027.
Projected Timeline: While we are committed to our Summer 2027 opening, construction and permitting can be subject to delays. Minuteman Farm will provide regular progress updates to all reservation holders.
Credit Toward Board: The reservation fee paid today will be applied as a credit toward your first month’s boarding fee upon move-in.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Minuteman Farm reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our community standards.

4. Boarding Eligibility

A stall reservation guarantees a physical space, but all horses and boarders must meet Minuteman Farm’s health and safety requirements prior to move-in (including up-to-date Coggins, vaccinations, and a signed Boarding Contract). We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any horse that poses a significant safety risk to our staff or other animals.

5. Refund Policy

Stall Reservations: Because these funds are used to secure your placement and support the development of the facility, reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Transferability: Reservations may be transferred to a different horse owned by the same individual, but may not be resold to a third party without written consent from Minuteman Farm.

6. Limitation of Liability

Minuteman Farm is currently under development. By using this site, you acknowledge that the farm is not yet open for physical equine boarding and that any images provided are "concept renders" representing the intended design of the facility.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Minuteman Farm, we understand that circumstances can change. Because we are currently in the development phase for our Summer 2027 opening, we have established the following policy regarding Stall Reservation Deposits.

1. 15-Day "Change of Mind" Window

We offer a full 100% refund on your Stall Reservation Deposit within 15 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked. This allows you to secure your "Founding Member" status today with the peace of mind that you have a two-week window to finalize your plans.

2. Non-Refundable Period

After the initial 15-day window has passed, the Stall Reservation Deposit becomes non-refundable.

Why this policy? These funds are used to secure your specific placement in our 2027 roster and allow us to manage our facility's capacity. By reserving a stall, you are effectively taking that spot off the market, and we may turn away other potential boarders based on your commitment.

3. Timeline Adjustments

Minuteman Farm is committed to a Summer 2027 opening. However, should the project be significantly delayed (beyond 6 months of the projected opening window), Minuteman Farm will communicate updated options to all reservation holders, which may include extended credits or partial refund considerations at the discretion of management.

4. Transferability

While deposits are non-refundable after 15 days, they are transferable.

If you sell your horse and acquire a new one, your reservation remains valid for your new equine partner.
If you move out of the area before Summer 2027, you may request to transfer your reservation to another individual, subject to Minuteman Farm’s approval of the new boarder.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within your 15-day window, please email contact@minutemanfarm.com with your name, account email, and order number. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
State of return (e.g. unworn)
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
